Some sights to see before landing in Vermont!

Dale and I are hitting the road next Wednesday.  Dale being the wonderful person he is, didn’t want me driving solo to Vermont, so he will be with me for 5 days and then flying back home:(

We decided we’ll drive through New York State on our way to Vermont and then cross over to Niagara Falls, Canada, which is home to the Horseshoe Falls, the most powerful waterfall in North America and possibly the best-known in the world!  We’ve never been there, nor have we traveled much at all, so this is pretty exciting!  After that, we’ll make our way to Waterbury, VT, for a tour of Bene & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory!  Next to breads and pastries, ice cream is my next guilty pleasure:)  Have a wonderful day!

Welcome to the King Arthur family, Pam – I look forward to meeting you sometime this summer! Another place I could recommend you to stop, quite near Ben & Jerry’s, is the Cabot Cooperative (in Cabot, VT) – bread and cheese, you know… : ) PJ Hamel, KA

Hello PJ! Thank you for visiting my blog. I have many family and friends that are following my internship and thought a blog would be easiest for all, since not everyone does Facebook:) Thank you for the information regarding Cabot! I completely forgot that was on our way . . . we’ll definitely stop there. I look forward to meeting you as well this summer. Thank you again for the information and warm welcome:) Have a wonderful day!
