7-9-12, Day 25 – Internship

No pictures to share, as I worked on cold case products this morning, and I’ve posted quite a few pictures of those items, so no need to bore you anymore with those:)  I did learn how to make something new today, and that was tiramisu!  I have never made it before and it’s quite the process.  Now I know why places charge what they do per slice, between labor and ingredients, it adds up!  I also made a 60 qt. batch of yellow chiffon cakes, 60 qt. batch of muffin batter, and a 20 qt. batch each of vanilla and chocolate American buttercream!
